Entrepreneurs

The German immigration law allows entrepreneurs, self-employed persons and freelancers generally to launch their business in Germany.

If you are an entrepreneuer and you wish to start a business in Germany, then you can apply for an „entrepreneuers' permit“. This permit allows the entry to Germany, the residence and the performing of your business. This permit generally allows you to stay and run your business in Germany for 3 years. After the 3 years latest you must show that your business is still successful. Then your permit will be extended.
